Cupcake Making Tips -
Unsalted Butter

Real, fresh creamy unsalted butter adds wonderful flavor and moisture to baked goods. Do not substitute whipped butter or butter/oil blends in your recipes.

Cupcake Making Tips -
Ground Ginger

Ground ginger can be found in supermarkets in the spice section. Ginger is ground from a dried stem root of an herb plant native to Asia.
