Applesauce Cupcakes

Cupcakes prepared from Bisquick baking mix, granulated sugar, cinnamon, applesauce, whole milk, egg, and cooking oil. Baked until golden brown, dipped in melted butter and mixture of cinnamon and granulated sugar.

Ingredients -
2 cups Bisquick
1/4 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 cup Applesauce
1/4 cup Milk
1 Egg
2 tablespoons Cooking Oil

Topping:
1/4 cup Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
melted Butter
 
Preparation:

1. Mix all of the above ingredients together.

2. Grease 4 small cupcake pans.

3. Spoon mix evenly into pans.

4. Cook at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until brown.

5. Remove and dip tops into the melted butter and then the cinnamon mixture while hot.
